java -verbose -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -classpath /home/bnp/production/zensehome:/home/bnp/production/zensehome/zensemqtt/mqtt-client-0.4.0.jar zensemqtt.ZenseMQTT

You also need to add the "log" directory currently.
